Boise State 79, Long Beach State 77 (OT)--Senior forward Kejuan Woods scored 18 second-half points, including five in overtime, to help lift Boise State to the Big West victory at Boise.
Boise State’s Delvin Armstrong put the Broncos ahead, 79-77, with a free throw with 3.7 seconds left in overtime. Long Beach State’s Michael Darrett’s three-point attempt at the buzzer bounced off the back of the rim.
Woods led Boise State (10-7, 2-2) with 22 points.
Ramel Lloyd scored 17 points and Travis Reed had 15 for Long Beach (8-8, 2-2).
The 49ers outrebounded Boise State 47-39 but committed 28 turnovers.
Cal State Fullerton 64, Idaho 53--Ike Harmon scored 15 points to lead the Titans to the Big West victory at Moscow, Idaho.
Josh Fischer scored 13 points and had 10 rebounds for Fullerton (2-12, 1-3).
Idaho (3-12, 0-4) had a scoreless stretch that spanned nearly 10 minutes from the end of the first half until midway through the second. Fullerton made the most of that lapse with a 15-point run.
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 104, UC Riverside 66--Chris Bjorklund scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Mustangs to the nonconference victory at Riverside.
Jamaal Scott made seven three-pointers and finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (6-7), which started the game with a 26-7 run.
Ted Bell scored 17 points for Riverside (6-10), which was outrebounded, 54-24, and scored only 17 points in the first half.
