ORANGE

The city will present its plan for a new park at Spring Avenue and Prospect Street at a neighborhood meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Suggestions from residents have been included in the plan.

The meeting will be at Prospect Park Elementary School, 379 North Virage St.
