In another Division I-A semifinal:
Mater Dei 3, Santa Barbara 0--Lindsay Pavlik had 15 kills, 20 digs and five blocks to lead host Mater Dei (17-1), which won 15-11, 15-7, 15-7. Kelley Kincheloe added 10 kills for the Monarchs.
