Miller to Resign at Gish

Gish Biomedical Inc. said Jeanne M. Miller is resigning as vice president and chief financial officer.

In a news release this week, the company said it has completed its search for a replacement and will announce a successor shortly.

Miller, who will be available during the next six months on a part-time basis, cited personal and family reasons for her departure, the company said.

Irvine-based Gish Biomedical designs and manufactures disposable products for use in cardiovascular, orthopedic and oncology surgical procedures.
