Litronic Fetches $11 a Share for Its IPO

Litronic Inc.’s initial public offering of 3.7 million shares of stock was priced at $11 a share.
The Irvine Internet security firm had expected a price of $9 to $11 for the offering, originally planned at 3 million shares.
The stock closed Wednesday at $11.13, up 13 cents a share, on the Nasdaq market.(Dow Jones)
