What you will see: A 25- to 30-minute fireworks show set to patriotic music

Other events: Starting at 5:30 p.m. at the high school, there will be a concert, food booths and rides. Earlier in the day, there will be a parade, foot races, breakfast, baseball game and other activities in town. On July 4, there will be a tri-tip dinner and free concert at Libbey Park.

Other events: From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be a festival at Santa Paula Airport, 822 Santa Maria St., which includes an air show, kids’ games, food and craft vendors, salsa-making contest, live music and a miniature steam train that will give rides (the cost is $3 per person at the gate).
