Delay: The Fox TV network has delayed plans to introduce a sixth night of prime-time programming. The network had been scheduled to launch two drama series--”Key West” and “Class of ‘96”--on Tuesday nights, starting Oct. 27. But Fox said that the shows won’t begin until mid-December or early January in order to build a better promotion campaign around the new night of programming.
