HUNTINGTON BEACH : Central Library to Close Temporarily

Because of remodeling, the Huntington Beach Central Library, at 7111 Talbert Ave., will be closed all day today and will not be open on Monday until 5 p.m.
Monday’s operating hours will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, library officials said.
The temporary closures are due to an electrical-system changeover that is part of the $8.5-million remodeling and expansion of the library building. The work is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 1993.
