Roger A. Williams, who had been Olga Co.’s vice president of finance and administration, was named vice president of operations for the Van Nuys-based lingerie maker. The company also said Ronald L. Chisenhall joined Olga as vice president of manufacturing. Chisenhall, who was vice president for operations at Donnkenny, another women’s-apparel company, will report to Williams.
