The three Triple Crown tracks--Belmont, Pimlico and Churchill Downs--are forming a corporation to market the prestigious racing series, Churchill Downs President Thomas Meeker said.

The corporation was formed because of a decision that kept Kentucky Derby winner Spend a Buck out of the Preakness and the Belmont this year in favor of racing for a million-dollar bonus offered by Garden State Park in Cherry Hill, N.J.
