Day-night double dip for Angels today

It will be a busy day of ball Monday for the Angels, who will host the Kansas City Royals in a 1 p.m. exhibition in Tempe Diablo Stadium and then travel to Glendale, Ariz., for a 7 p.m. game against the Chicago White Sox.
Of course, none of the players will be in both stadiums, but the team’s coaching staff will. Most of the Angels’ regulars will play against the Royals, while only four position players who are expected to make the club -- Maicer Izturis, Mike Napoli, Reggie Willits and Robb Quinlan--and two relievers, Kevin Jepsen and Brian Stokes, will play against the White Sox.
It will mark Willits’ first big league game action since he suffered a right hamstring strain two weeks ago. Also scheduled to pitch against the Royals are closer Brian Fuentes and reliever Scot Shields.
